I booked the Jewelry Making workshop in Brussels for myself and a friend. The online booking system was intuitive, letting me select dates and times easily. We received a confirmation email promptly, detailing everything we needed to know. The workshop itself, held in the artist's private studio, was fantastic. All materials were provided, as stated on the website, and the artist was excellent at explaining techniques. My only suggestion for improvement would be clearer directions to the studio; it was a bit tucked away. Delivery of the 'service' itself was flawless, the class ran on time, and the finished pieces were lovely. Customer support wasn't needed, which is always a good sign.
